Radically Reframing Our Relationship to Grief & Healing

Session 1
Healing from Heartbreak

Heartbreak can be caused by many things, like the end of a romantic relationship, the death of a loved one or a pet, and even the loss of a job. And there’s a reason heartbreak feels so rotten—science tells us it can manifest in the body in a variety of ways that can have serious implications for our health. But, if we allow it to, heartbreak can also help us become more resilient, open, and loving as we continue to move through life.

Session Highlights

  • global-bullet-min
Why there seems to be more heartbreak now than ever before
  • global-bullet-min
The physical impact that heartbreak can have on your body
  • global-bullet-min
3 proven ways to feel better emotionally and put your immune system back on track

Session 2
Healing from the Death of a Loved One

People experience grief differently, both emotionally and physically. The path is a nonlinear one, and Ashley Judd knows this all too well. The recent, sudden loss of her beloved mother devastated her and has made her somewhat of an expert on this issue. In this session, Judd candidly shares her own healing journey in the hopes of helping others move through their grief in order to move forward in life.

Session Highlights

  • global-bullet-min
Essential resources that can help you cope with the loss of a loved one
  • global-bullet-min
Moving through the five different stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance
  • global-bullet-min
How to ask for what you need from others in your time of need
